SOUTHERN TIER, N.Y. -- A 40-year-old Orleans man already serving time for burglary has been charged with a jewelry store break in.

Aaron Cosco has now been charged with burglary and grand larceny for allegedly breaking into the Gold Mine Jewelry store in Bath back in the summer of 2010.

Bath Police say DNA evidence collected from the scene helped in the investigation.

Cosco is currently serving time at the Elmira Correctional Facility for unrelated burglaries also during the summer of 2010.
