OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Oswego County Sheriff's office has located a man they were searching for.

Sheriff's deputies say Timothy Benway, 47, was last seen leaving his State Route 104 residence in the Town of Oswego around 3 a.m. Thursday. Police say Benway was despondent and may have been injured.

Benway was located Thursday evening. He was taken to Oswego Hospital for evaluation.
