Man accused of selling heroin to undercover cop
DELAWARE COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Delaware County man is accused of trying to sell heroin to an undercover agent.
The Sheriff's office says Miguel Santiago, 27, attempted to sell 80 bags of heroin to the agent in the village of Walton. Santiago was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Bail was set at $50,000.
