CENTRAL NEW YORK – There are some new details in the case of an Oswego County man accused of killing his sister-in-law.

Larry Frank of Phoenix has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Patricia Gryczka. Her body was found in a ravine in the Town of LaFayette, but Frank was arrested outside of a Wal-Mart in Lawrence Township, Pennsylvania.

We now have the local police report. In his report, the arresting officer says that when he approached Frank in the parking lot, Frank told the officer he wouldn't be any trouble.

While waiting for investigators from the Onondaga County Sheriff's office to arrive at the police station, the officer had a conversation with Frank. He said Frank referred to himself as a "Class A (expletive)" and that he "deserved this." The officer said that Frank made statements that "he did it." When the officer asked "What?" Frank said, "He killed her." When asked "Who?" Frank answered, "Patricia."

When asked how he killed her, Frank told the officer that he put a plastic bag over her head.

Frank was arraigned Tuesday night in Geddes Town Court. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
