SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police are searching for the suspects involved an armed robbery. It happened just before 6:30 p.m. Sunday in a building at 102 Putnam Street.

The first victim said three or four male suspects knocked on the door of her apartment but then forced their way in. The suspects ransacked her home and stole her phone and jewelry. The victim says the men then forced her at gunpoint to a second apartment. A male victim in that apartment reported being hit in the head with a gun while they robbed his home. He is expected to be okay.

The suspects are described as males in their mid 20s, all wearing black hooded sweatshirts and jeans.
