The victim, a 94-year-old woman, says the suspect took cash from her purse and then pushed her to the ground, injuring her arm and leg. She says the suspect then took the battery out of her phone so she couldn't call for help. A neighbor heard her and did call police.

The suspect is described as a male in his 40s with a medium build. He was wearing dark clothing and a dark winter hat.
