Five sent to hospital after car hits Amish horse drawn buggy
SENECA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A car hit an Amish horse drawn buggy in Seneca County.
Five people were sent to the hospital after the crash in the Town of Ovid. It happened along County Road 139 around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
A three-year-old child is still in guarded condition at Rochester's Strong Memorial Hospital. Everyone else was treated and released.
The driver of the car was ticketed for not slowing down when approaching a horse.
