SUNY Potsdam student faces child porn charges
POTSDAM, N.Y. -- A SUNY Potsdam student has been arrested on child porn charges. Potsdam Police, with the help of Homeland Security investigators, seized evidence from the home of Colin Baxter, 24. They say they found a number of images and videos that depicted sexual acts by minors.
Baxter is now facing felony charges for promoting and possessing child porn. He was arraigned and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail.
