Man arrested on unlawful surveillance charges

FULTON, N.Y. -- A Fulton man has been arrested for allegedly using his cell phone to record video of women exiting the shower at his home.

Officials were called to the house of Anthony Terramiggi Sr., 32, back in September for a report of a fight involving two men. During that investigation, authorities say they learned Terramiggi recorded video of women without their consent. It is alleged that he then, in an effort to destroy the evidence, chewed and swallowed the cell phone's media card.

Terramiggi has been charged with unlawful surveillance, tampering with physical evidence and menacing.
