JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- An unusual scene in Jefferson County as rescue workers were called to the Black River after a vehicle was found upside down in the water.

Emergency crews didn't find anyone inside the Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Investigators say the Jeep was stolen from Coffeen Street in Watertown.

The Watertown Police department is investigating the case.
