Four injured in car crash on Gifford Street
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A serious crash sent four people to the hospital Sunday afternoon. It happened along Gifford Street right next to the Rescue Mission in Syracuse.
The car crashed into a tree and the front end was mangled by the collision.
Police say Patrick Cooper, 34, was under the influence of drugs behind the wheel. He's been charged with three counts of felony aggravated DWI.
According to detectives there were three 15-year-old passengers in the car with him.
All of the injuries were minor.
