BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A Binghamton man has died less than two weeks after he was shot in the leg. Police say Daniel Miley, 37, died of complications from the gunshot Thursday.

Miley was shot in the area of 185 Chapin Street early in the morning on December 9th. He was found nearby on Gerard Avenue and taken to Wilson Regional Medical Center.

Police are still looking for whoever is responsible for the shooting.
