Oswego man accused of stabbing another man in the neck
SCRIBA, N.Y. — An Oswego man is under arrest for allegedly stabbing a man in the neck.
State Police say 35-year-old Daryl Graddy and 31-year old James Gibeau were involved in an altercation prior to the stabbing.
Troopers say around 2 a.m. Thursday, Gibeau allegedly stabbed Graddy in the neck with a kitchen knife while he was in a disabled vehicle on City Line Road in the town of Scriba.
Gibeau has been charged with first degree assault and third degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies.
No word yet on Graddy's condition.
