SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Another blast of winter hit Central and Northern New York. The snow started falling early Saturday around the region.

While most areas only expected a few inches of accumulation, the snow is certainly created some slick conditions on the roads. There have been several reports of accidents around the region.

Of course, this comes just a couple of days after many areas saw close to a foot of snow or even more.
