POTTER COUNTY, Pa. -- A fight in Roulette Township during the early hours of the New Year left one man hospitalized.

Pennsylvania State Police say Orry Murray and Gabriel Weinberg got into a fight at their home in Roulette. During the dispute, Murray allegedly grabbed a claw hammer and hit Weinberg over the head with it.

Weinberg was taken to Charles Cole Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Murray was charged and arraigned in district court and sent to Potter County Jail on $5,000 bail.
