SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Daily delivery of the Syracuse Post-Standard will continue for another month.

The Syracuse-based publication says it will be reduced to three days a week in the first week of February.

The Post-Standard and Syracuse.com announced their newly formed digital news and information company, Syracuse Media Group, in late August. The new structure left 89 full-time and 26 part-time employees without jobs.

Layoffs are scheduled to take effect at the end of January.
