GEDDES, N.Y. -- Thousands of people will spend the weekend checking out the latest models of recreational vehicles. For the 16th year in a row, Camping World is displaying a wide variety of RVs.
It's a transportation option and lifestyle that more and more people are embracing.
"Everybody likes to get out and just get away from it all. And today it's harder and harder to do that. So, it's a great family adventure and we have, as you're looking around here, we have everything from $3,000 tent campers to $300,000 motorhomes," said Kevin Bostrom, Camping World vice-president.
After a downturn during the recession, organizers say they expect strong sales at this weekend's show, which continues through Sunday.
