Pedestrian killed while crossing Brandywine Highway
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Police have released the name of the pedestrian killed by a vehicle in Binghamton Saturday night.
Police say Tom Jones was hit while trying to cross the Brandywine Highway. The driver of the vehicle that hit Jones was not ticketed.
