ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- New charges have been filed in the sex abuse case against a local chiropractor. Dr. Eli Guterman, 30, was first arrested in December for allegedly inappropriately touching a woman at the Back N Touch Wellness Center in Fayetteville.

Since that time, detectives have fielded more than 20 calls, identifying nine additional victims. They say the allegations made by five of those victims were outside the statute of limitations, but Guterman has been charged with two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of forcible touching in connection with the other four cases.

He was arraigned Thursday and released until his next court date.
