ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Cayuga County man is accused of having sexual contact with a child. State police say the victim was a young girl.

Stephen Arthur, 38, from Auburn is facing one count of first degree sexual abuse, and one count of child endangerment.

Arthur is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center on $50,000 cash bail.
