North Syracuse man arrested for child pornography
ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A North Syracuse man was arrested by State Police for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Jeffery M. Jipson, 48, from 19 Waterbury Drive, is accused of knowingly obtaining content of sexual conduct by a child younger than 16 years of age.
Jipson is charged with four felony counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child. Jipson will appear in the Town of Clay court on February 5th.
