ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Rome man has been accused of inappropriately touching a woman at a house party. Oneida County Sheriff's deputies say the incident happened Sunday night in the Town of Lee.

Ryan Little, 24, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was sleeping in a bedroom.

Little has been charged with first degree criminal sexual act. He was sent to Oneida County Jail on $40,000 bail.
