BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A local bar in Binghamton has lost its liquor license after authorities executed a sting. New York State Liquor Authorities shut down and revoked The Scoreboard's license following an emergency suspension order Thursday night.

The Liquor Authority says the bar is now facing 20 charges including serving alcohol to minors. The bar pleaded no contest and must surrender its liquor license for two years.

No word yet on if the bar will remain permanently closed.
