Investigators say Dwight Orman, 40, fired a shotgun into the air outside the home, before he and Matthew Orman, 29, broke-in and damaged some kitchen cabinets. Deputies say the pair was attempting to harass the person who lived there.

They both face burglary, criminal mischief and other charges. They're being held in the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail.
