Man arrested for stealing from youth hockey league
OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oswego man has been accused of stealing from the local youth hockey league.
State Police say Joseph Chesare Jr., 44, stole money from the cash register at the Oswego Minor Hockey Association's Concession. The theft happened after hours when the stand was closed.
State Police haven't said how much money was taken, but Chesare was charged with third degree burglary, a felony. He was arraigned in Volney Town Court and is due back in court at the end of the month.
