Four injured in crash between car and snow plow

ANNSVILLE, N.Y. -- A young teen is in serious condition and three were are hurt after a car collided with a snow plow in Oneida County. It happened on State Route 69 in the Town of Annsville Tuesday night.

Police say 61-year-old Monika Cox of Taberg was driving eastbound when she struck an on-coming snow plow. Cox was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Three teenagers were in the car with her. An 18-year-old and 17-year-old were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

A 14-year-old was transported to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse for massive internal injuries. He is listed in serious but stable condition following an emergency surgery.

The driver of the snow plow was not hurt.
