Man dies after being hit by truck last month
ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Liverpool man hit by a pickup in the parking lot of a medical center last month, has died. Lyle Tryon, 56, was hit at the North Medical Center in Liverpool on January 28th.
Authorities say the driver was looking for a parking spot when she hit Tryon and dragged him several yards before stopping. The driver told investigators she was unaware that she hit anyone, until another driver alerted her of what was happening.
Tryon died of his injuries on Tuesday. An autopsy is scheduled to determine exactly how he died.
No charges have been filed.
