WALTON, N.Y. -- Police have identified one of the two people found dead in a Delaware County home and they have ruled the fire that burned that home to the ground arson.

State Police were called to the home on John Lockwood Road in Walton on Tuesday afternoon. Police heard two gunshots and realized the home was on fire when they went inside.

Once the fire was put out, investigators found two sets of remains. One has now been identified as Debra Sundstrom, 48, of South River Road in Walton. Her death was ruled a suicide.

The second victim has still not been identified.
