William Potoczny, 59, was arrested in New Jersey after officials say he was chatting online with who he thought was the parent of a six-year-old girl. Officials also say he told the parent he wanted to engage with and film sexual acts with the child, and also sent child pornography to the parent.

Potoczny was charged with a number of crimes including attempted aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and attempting to manufacture child pornography.
