Colton man charged in 2009 burglary case
ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- A St. Lawrence County man has been arrested in Ohio after officials say he broke into a local school and fled back in 2009.
Mitchell Butram, 38, of Colton is accused of fleeing to Ohio after he broke into the Norwood-Norfolk Central School and stole a TV and DVD player. He's charged with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
The Sheriff's office brought Butram back to Norfolk where he's being held on $10,000 cash bail.
