SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police are investigating an overnight shooting. It happened on the 300 block of Hudson Street just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Quashawn Blunt, 22, was shot in the thigh while standing near the corner of Sterling Avenue.

He was taken to Upstate University Hospital. His injury is not considered life-threatening.
