BRADFORD COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two Bradford County men are accused of having sex with a young teen.

Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jesse Briggs, 23, and Mark Briggs, 45.

Mark Briggs is charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors for allegedly forcing the victim to have sex with him.

Jesse Briggs is charged with statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors for having sex with the same victim.

Both men were arraigned and posted bail.
