LEWIS COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Lewis County Sheriff's Office identified the victim of a deadly snowmobile accident.

The Sheriff's office said Ryan Baye, 35 of Constantia, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident happened near North South Road around 1:30 Saturday afternoon.

Witnesses told deputies the vehicle's skis suddenly turned causing Baye to fly off.
