SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A man was critically injured in an overnight shooting in Syracuse. Police responded to the 300 block of West Ostrander Avenue just after midnight Sunday.
Officers found Charles Campbell, 24, with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said Campbell couldn't give investigators information about the suspects. Witnesses told police the victim was fighting with two teenagers who were armed with handguns before they heard gunshots.
Campbell was taken to Upstate University Hospital where he is in critical but stable condition.
