BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury selection is scheduled for Monday in the trial of a Brooklyn man accused in a 2010 murder in Johnson City.

Maurice Anthony, 30, is charged with second degree murder for allegedly killing Eric Dantzler, 21, on Corliss Avenue in December of 2010.

Anthony rejected a plea deal back in September that would have given him a sentence of 20 years in prison in exchange for a guilty plea.

He was first charged in August after being arrested on drug charges in Pennsylvania.
