MADISON COUNTY, N.Y. – There is new information about a police chase in Madison County that ended when a car rolled over on Tuscarora Road in Chittenango Sunday afternoon.

Village police say the car was similar to one spotted in a Canastota larceny. According to investigators, when an officer tried to pull the suspect over, he sped away.

Chittenango Police say Timothy Williams, 28, is facing several charges, including fleeing from a police officer.

Williams has been released from the hospital and arraigned. He's being held at the Madison County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
