BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- It's one of the most popular weeks to eat out in Binghamton, and it's almost here! Binghamton's spring Restaurant Week begins this Tuesday, March 12th and runs until March 21st.

23 locally owned Binghamton restaurants will offer lunch and dinner deals throughout the ten days. Diners at participating restaurants will be able to order three-course lunch specials for $10 and three-course dinner specials for $25 or less.

The bi-annual event promotes economic growth in the city but also raises money for charity. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Binghamton.

"Everybody is a winner. You might be just the person that goes into the restaurant and enjoys a wonderful meal. You might be the business owners or restaurant owners that experience all the new traffic and all the new business, or you might be a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Binghamton, who in my opinion is going to benefit more than anybody," said Mary Beth Smith, Boys and Girls Club Executive Director.
