STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Bath man is accused of driving drunk on a stolen lawnmower.

State Police said they stopped George Barkley, 28, on Liberty Street in the Village of Bath. He was riding a lawnmower that was reported stolen.

Police said Barkley's blood alcohol content was .10. He was charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Corning Police also had to warrants out for him.
