SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man is arrested and accused of intentionally hitting another man with his car.

Police said Preston Fields, 45, and the 39-year-old victim got into a fight around 5:30 p.m. Friday near Court Street.

The victim left on a bicycle and Fields allegedly followed behind in his car and hit him in a parking lot on Park Street.

The victim was treated at St. Joseph's Hospital for a leg injury.

Fields now faces several charges including reckless endangerment and assault.
