LEWIS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man is charged with felony DWI, after crashing his car into a snow bank.

Lewis County Sheriff's deputies said it happened at the intersection of West Road and State Route 26 in West Turin.

Investigators said Andrew Loadwick, 27, ran a stop sign and then smashed into an embankment.

No one was seriously injured.

Investigators said this is not Loadwick's first DWI charge.
