SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The two Syracuse University football players arrested last week on burglary and larceny charges appeared in court Monday morning.

The case has been handed to a grand jury. Both men are charged with a Class C Felony which carries a penalty of five to 15 years in prison if convicted.
