FRANKFORT, N.Y. -- A beloved bakery in the Mohawk Valley is getting a lot of attention this week. Production crews for a new television show on the TLC network are at the Friendly Bake Shop in Frankfort, but what's going on inside is a mystery, as doors and windows are covered in black fabric.

Crew members say it's a spin off with Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro. This week, they're taping the pilot for the currently unnamed show.

According to a member of the production team, the public support has been outstanding as hundreds of customers signed up to be part of the show.

Filming will be completed by the end of the week. Crew members say the show will air within a few months.
