CONNECTICUT -- While the SU men's basketball team gears up for its final Big East Tournament, the Syracuse women are now looking toward the NCAAs.

The Orange women wrapped up a highly successful Big East Tournament Monday, with a tough loss in the semifinals to U-Conn.

SU lost 64 to 51, but stayed within reach of the Huskies for almost the entire game.

The latest predictions have Syracuse as a seventh seed in the NCAA tournament. They're currently ranked 22nd in the country.

Meanwhile the men's team starts its Big East run Wednesday at 2 p.m. They've lost four of five games coming in, and are now 19th in the country.

YNN will have you covered throughout SU's run in March. Wednesday, we'll have reports from New York City and Live with the Coach immediately after the game ends.

Then starting Thursday, our Journey to Georgia coverage will begin. We'll air specials every night SU plays throughout the Big East tournament and NCAA tournament, as well as on Selection Sunday. Tune in at 11 o'clock for those shows.
