UTICA, N.Y. -- A fugitive wanted in Delaware for multiple sex offenses has been found living in Utica.

Reinaldo Ramos, 41, was arrested Tuesday morning by United States Marshals. They tracked him to a location on Sunset Avenue, where he was taken into custody without incident.

Ramos was wanted by the New Castle County Police Department in Delaware for various counts of rape, sexual contact, exposure, and touching.

He was taken to the Utica Police Department to be arraigned as a fugitive from justice.
