HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- One Hudson Valley musician with a unique instrument is hoping to take his talents to Paris.

Joseph Bertolozzi of Poughkeepsie records the sounds different surfaces on bridges make.

He then puts those sounds together, creating music.

Bertolozzi said he plans to go to the Eiffel Tower in May to do the same thing.

But he needs some help to make the project a reality.

Online, Bertolozzi's Kickstarter campaign has incentives for people who pledge.

If the group reaches their goal, people can get free items, including a free ticket to Paris to be a part of the recording.
