SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police made a quick arrest after a burglary at a wine store. Authorities responded to a break-in at Vino Mania on East Willow Street just before 1 a.m.

They started searching the area and allegedly found James Warren, 42, of Syracuse just a few blocks away with the stolen items in hand. Warren is facing a number of charges, including burglary.
