Man accused of sexually assaulting child
ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Oneida County authorities arrest a man who they say sexually assaulted a child. Jason Olar, 40, is charged with second degree rape.
Authorities say their investigation revealed that Olar sexually assaulted a child in the Town of Vienna last month. He was taken to Oneida County Correctional Facility on a $20,000 bond.
