One person killed after sanitation truck rolls over, spilling sewage

TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- One person is dead after a sanitation truck rolled over in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. It happened just after 9 a.m. on Route 14 near Mill Hill Road in Union Township.

Investigators say the driver lost control while making a left turn, causing the truck to roll. The driver was ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead at the scene.

About 3,000 gallons of sewage spilled from the truck.
