SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse's McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center has hired a new executive director for the organization. The board of directors announced the hiring of Linda Cleary to fill the position left vacant after Julie Cecile was elected to the Onondaga Family Court back in November.

Cleary has worked as the executive director of the Children's Consortium in Syracuse since 2007 and is a regular volunteer in the community.

McMahon/Ryan is an organization that provides services for child abuse and neglect victims in Onondaga County.
