An Onondaga County jury found Joseph Bertrand of Syracuse guilty of manslaughter.
He was convicted in the December death of his girlfriend.
Police say Bertrand was drunk when he ran over Michele Lozipone after an argument.
He faces two to seven years in prison at his August 30th sentencing.
